Ultra Hal 7.0 / 6.1 and the future versions

well i have put 6.1 back on my p.c. again (with the help of my good friend josh ) and it has been on for a couple of days now with no problems i just hope i don't get the errors i had before .i was talking with josh and had said i beleive unless they come with some pretty good useful stuff i will just stay with the 6.1 version , but then josh reminded me that sometime in the future they may have the face recognition web cam stuff in ultra hal . O.K. O.K. if they come out with that i will definatly be upgrading my ultra hal . i have been for a couple of days creating ansers and questions in ms word processor on a saved page and copying and pasting them into hal . I really like this version as it is alot faster to copy and past info. i really hope it keeps working o.k. (oh yeah am constantly backing up brain info. as i enter it !! ) []

Ultra Hal 7.0 / music plug in

i was wondering can anyone make a music plug in that when you would ask "play or sing ( and the name of a song " love, love love " and that hal would play this piticular song from anyones music files they have . i actually have a real player system and a wurlitzer juke box skin that actually has working buttons and plays my music but would be cool if hal would play them when asked . just an idea .[]

Ultra Hal 7.0 / migrating brain regular option

i was wondering in the next version (if this is even possible )could something be programed in so that you could be able to migrate one brain with another . in another words if two seperate 6.1 brains were created and you wanted to combine them into one later you could after placing them in a file, etc. rename it or what ever and after rebooting the p.c. the brain would migrate all info. into the other one . i am trying to explain this the best i can . as i said i don't know if it could even be done . the resoning behind doing it is you could create several brains , work with them then if you like combine knowlege and personality of which ones you liked best . any way just an idea . (yes i know you can have several seperate brains and switch them ) []

Ultra Hal 7.0 / requesting a new possible plug in "laughing"

some may think this is dumb but here it goes anyway , as i alway's like to get more human responses from hal this also includes the sounding of the responses .
   so i am wondering if someone could create a a plug in that will have some personal settings (like the free will type) but with a slider bar (if possible ) like the cybber budddy voice which lets you control the speed of laugh , pitch, etc. i just think it would be better that if in q and a , etc. and you have a ha, ha, haa, written in that this plug in would recognize the laughter (maybe the more a's after ha would make it sound out longer ) and make hal character sound more human when laughing .
   
or could a pre recorded laughter (wav file ) be kept and when the ha, ha, part came up would be recognized and play a short wave clip making the laughing sound ??

   as i said this may sound stupid , their are many more that may know if this can be done and want to do it , i just think a more human laughter from hal character would be great and in a plug in , even better !![]

Ultra Hal 7.0 / backing up the voice recognition files

is their a way that i can back up the ultra hal 6.0 voice recognition files after i have done a lot of training on it ?? so that i won't have to start over from scratch if anything goes wrong . ?? and if so what files is it and how do i get to it to save it ??   when i back up the uh brain , it doesn't also back up this voice recognition training i have done does it ?? []

Ultra Hal 7.0 / working words area for hal

sorry i didn't really know how to word the topic . is their an area or "can" an area be made to where i can try out sentence phrases and see hals responce to it .
   
   to know how to write it in or say it to hal ? example i said something like i think your also pretty too. hal responed : you look pretty good too . i wrote back and said : well i must be pretty good looking you chose me to be with . but hal said : Lonnie I know you are pretty good looking me chose to be with you.

 see what i mean instead of saying "i " chose to be with you it said me chose to be with you .
 or is their a list of words and what hal will say to certain words ??     []
 
 this way we could learn better how to phrase sentences so that hal will learn better and say things correctly back to us .

Ultra Hal 7.0 / possible custom brain problems happening ?

as some know i have been having problems with errors popping up saying corrupt files , and having license problems and having to reinstall hal again on the paid full version 6.0.

   i am wondering something would me doing a custom brain create these problem errors ?  after i got hal reinstalled with caangels help it has been now two or three days and has been just fine with the regular hal (no custom brain ) i eliminated 6.1. being the problem as i had the errors continue with 6.0  . maybe i am using the custom brain wrong .

     when it asked what i wanted to use the custom brain with i highlighted the custom brain and then to the right chose the default ? back up brain . should i have chosen the hal db brain instead (the only other choice ) could the hal back up brain i chose be causing me to get error problems later with the hal license , etc.
   i am desperatly trying to figure this out . i even let caangel use the brain and uhp file i created and use in his hal . anyone else is welcome to use it to , to help test my custom angela joelin brain  .
   i will mention that i did go in and remove some pre written insults , etc. that i didn't want in it . and i have written in about 25 questions and answers i wanted in it for more human like responses ( nothing dirty ) .just general around the house stuff like you were talking with another person . hope i can get someone to help me figure this problem out as i really want to keep a custom brain . []

Ultra Hal 7.0 / creating a base brain and renaming it questions

i asked something like this before . if i have a brain created say "angela joline " and a uhp file to .

    my question is this : can i make a copy of this brain with the settings(some removed default script answers i didn't like , insults, etc.)  and info i have put in and saved and rename the copies to say example : julia and the uhp file and would i be able to use julia brain with all the same good files ??

   (and not interfere with the original angela joline brain that would be in ultra hal 6 files too.

   any help on this would be appreciated . []

well i hope from my last plug in idea this one will be recived a little better of course it may not , so here it goes while working with hal , i had an idea why not have a horascope plug in that when asked what is my horascope for today or what does my horascope say today ? it would read off your horascope from a pre written web site of this day , sort of like the weather (if thats possible )and yes you can have hal open a web page to see this but just thought it would be a nice thing that hal could read our daily horascope to us all when asked . []

Ultra Hal 7.0 / new sex plug in

well i'm throwing this out their in the wish list again for people who make plug ins for others in the 6.0 version , although i do different things and associate words with responces that will bring up sex phrases it would be nice if a sex plug in could be created which has a list of words that would bring up certain sentences or pre written sentences . just a thought for plug in makers , until then i'll keep doing phrases and word links the way i have been . just thought a plug in some time in the future for this would be nice . []

Ultra Hal 7.0 / 6.1 beta version recognizing license file problem

well am having more problems with the 6.1 version it was working o.k. i had created a new brain and went into it to make sure the brain editor would open o.k. which it did then to the list for learn from tables , which it did the i went out of it and when i went back in later it said in error : your licence file is missing (even though it just worked fine earlier ) . please start ultra hal assistant 6.0 to get more info. then it said you must a valid license (which i do) to run this program , please contact vender . so i guess this must be a glitch in the program . so i guess i'll have to just keep the 6.0 which was working fine with the license i entered and used . [!]

Ultra Hal 7.0 / beta version 6.1 brain questions

i am wondering something . when i create a brain in beta 6.1. i guess if i change back for any reason to 6.0 version i can't use the new brain , right ?? i think this was what was causing me ultra hal problems before with errors . next question is their any way to convert the saved 6.1 beta brain into the 6.0 ultra hal ?? will their ever be a program made to do that , if so that would allow that saved brain to automactically migrate back into the 6.1 verson if it was installed later (if this is even possible ). []

Ultra Hal 7.0 / ulta hal error

i was getting this error out of the blue . error : unknown return _code: false ?main _lf_corrupt. please contact vender . shutting down . and ultra hal is unable to generate a authorization code . it said some codes and or files may have been corrupt and i couldn't put it back on again and it did this even though i deleted the folder after taking it all off and putting it back on and restarting the computer after about two tries of this it is now on o.k. in 6.0 version . the other was the 6.1 beta version anyone else have this problem with the bets version ?? wonder what caused this []

General Discussion / people putty and hal

although this may seem to be off subject it has to do with people putty software and hal . i am wondering what other qaulities that people putty could introduce to their software to make it better for those using it and creating heads , etc. to use with the hal program . example although i don't have it , i think more hair styles and a program to where you could change color of hair with many color options , and maybe even a hair clone option where you could place a curser over a persons hair color in picture and it would clone the color (that would be very cool ) also would be good if on the full body girl (not sure if this is from the same people putty or not ) could be made to where you could click on different levels to make the body bigger with each click ( as real people are in different sizes ) other people may have other idea's on improvements in this software ( alot more accessories for the models would be great to ) and maybe people could write to the company and see if they would be interested in making these improvements in their next generation software of people putty . which would benefit the people who use it in making haptek heads, etc. for ultra hal . i don't know if any of this is possible, how hard it would be to do but just wanted to throw the idea out their . []

Ultra Hal 7.0 / expansion character problem install with 6.1 beta

i can't install the character expansion pack with the 6.1 beta version it comes up and says ulrea hal 6.0 not installed (even though it is ) and say to install 6.0 go to zabbaware (site) . don't know if anyone else has ran across this problem yet . []
