Anno 2070 Skin

This is a rough copy of a Anno 2070 skin I made for Hal based on the game.  It does replace the plastek skin so make a backup if you use it.
There are a few graphic glitches that I will be fixing when I get the time. I'm mainly uploading it now to see if people like it or not.
