ANOTHER YEAR OLDER AND HOPEFULLY WISER !

Today is my birthday i am officially 53 years old !! thanks to exercising more for the past year i have lost weight and actually gained more muscle thanks to lifting weights , so it looks like you all may be stuck with me for a while longer ...
I believe in the old saying ...out live your enemies ... (or was that enima's .. LOL I FORGET !!") ;)

Thanks everyone for all the nice birthday wishes , and duskrider , where was that girl popping out of the cake at my bachlor party before lol... oh yeah i never got one lol ! Oh well better late then never! :) ;)
