forced lip synching

we all know that some voices don't lip synch , is their any way or a program that could "force" all to lip synch with hal ??? it's bad when a person has a nice voice but won't work with hal .
anyone , any idea's ..ROBERT?  ???

well i didn't know if their was a way or not but know many on here are far smarter then i am and was hoping with all the collective geniouses here that someone might figure out a way , or if robert could have something created that would allow hal (force ) lip synching to work!  :)
