Mr Will and Data:

Robert has put his heart and soul into this project in an attempt to resurrect UltraHal.
Depending on what you may want, i think its deff worth the money
At least a careful review

The Gpt3 is clearly more advanced. Hands down.
For my needs ,im doing , well e1 knows what im doing lol

Heres the algo im using for full frontal released by intel

Checker brother the trick is balance.
Im using a logitek 615 webcam with 1080P
The cam drivers have it own facial detection and tracking (very cool) BUT NO recognition. training , ect ect ect
Let it do the bulk of the work, The cam will spot me, zoom in and try to grab my face, Now , not any of that has to do with Hal.
But hal using the same web cam NOW can really utilize the image.
Thus not draining Hal with the burden of the cam tracking and all that entails.
Checker it does multi face's at the same time, thats rite sports fans, if my wife walks in Hal will detct her and announce her even tho it still sees me on cam.

Hard to catch tho when making a video, its very quick.
Training is done by snapshotting ur face, converting to grey scale, then saving that for comparison later
Comparison is made by distance between tip of nose to upper lip, distance of outer right eye and outer left eye and bridge of nose to tip of nose, at a pixel level
Very accurate, but not infallible , i would love to have something that detected facial expressions , Gotta start small, hal knows who he is talking to, thats a start.

What i will say is this, ive done what ive done for the love of the project.
Some where along the line weve lost our way.
All the code i have is freely available to robert at the drop of the hat.Id gladly surrender it.Walk him through it and bring him up to speed.
Its sorta kinda narrated, lol, srry, but the proof copy is all in my head.Somewhere .lmao
My vision of ultraHal is vastly diff-then what i see in the commercial version

Realtime hardware interaction with Hal and the computers hardware only reading< NO chnging>
Vision
Radio
Social Media connection, twitch, twitter, face book, ect ect ect real time chat, thats all ways a fav of people
Teaching Tools
In short: I want Ultrahal to have the ability to run my home. From any ware in my Home.(drivers installed with hal and you supply the hardware, all of which is very cheap and available. X10 mods are sold by the pound ffs) Same for Zwave

Lighting x10/Zwave
Heat  X10/Zwave
AC  X10/Zwave
Security: Hal's Vision allows hal to use Cams Outside Utilizing Hal's existing software to detect PEOPLE. Motion is so Last decade and Faulty
By using the upper body vision algo(tested and verified) and not the facial, the mystery riddle solves itself , No more dogs,cats,dear,raccoons setting off false codes, it only detects PEOPLE.Issue solved

But having hal and vision as a single block of code was a monumental task

Im still holding out for UltraHal 8.0 code named . (something hard core here)

Recently delving into Hals mind has opened some very interesting ideas.

Im reluctant to say exactly what i and another person here are investigating.(Dont want some soyboy crying i messed up his Hal.)
What i will say is that theirs an area that will bust hal wide open and u sure dont need a plugin to do it. (Nothing against plugins. Ive made my share).

Im attacking Hal at his Response level.
Wana know the biggest problem with a bot is? they sound like a Bot. well ima take a stab at fixing that.

Mr Art is very correct, while people have NO issues in some sort ah tech support here. Keep in mind the forum search engine is a mighty powerful tool robert put together for us.
You have 2 issues i can see:

 i suspect u have a 64 bit machine and the activeX is not in THAT registry, this is quite comon
