About the hair, i did some work on that, try looking at my posts on 'wigs'.  You can set the texture of the wig like you would set the main head skin, with HAP files...

Heather, Mark, the Blondie-skin works fine for me. Nevertheless, I have noticed that the Haptek-player can be screwed up pretty easily when experimenting with it.
I re-install the Haptek-player every few days. Sometimes I even have to remove the Haptek-folder manually before re-installing.
