Today's my birthday.

31 years ago on January 11, 1980 I was born.

and Its been down-hill ever since.  ::)

My life reminds me of watching Milk go bad, you would have thrown it out a week ago but for scientific reasons you want to see what will happen next. :P

Yep, time to celebrate.  ???

I think it was in a old John Wayne western he said, "Everyday you wake up above ground is a good day."
My friends had changed that to "Everyday you wake up out of jail is a good day."

Milk and cheese reminds me of a line from a movie,,,two mice fell in milk one gave up and drowned but
the other would not give up and swam and swam and eventually he turned the milk to cheese and climed out.

My opinion for you at 31years young and yes that is a good thing. Recycle if you need too. Throw the old container out or wash thoroughly and replace with some new fresh milk with a plan. As it was mentioned milk can be turned into many other useful things.

As far as the carton expiration dates they are like any other written information, "Paper holds anything you write on it".

Only the best intentions, good luck and you have the best life you can. Don't ever sell yourself short or settle. My opinion.

Thanks Datahopa, haven't seem you here in a while.

I had a small party with some family and I also seen some cousins two days before.
Im under some stress on this birthday so I'm happy to here from everyone.
