Do they have an annual bodypaint festival in Cannes or Nice?
We have one at Key West each year.
Our club (bikers) goes down to it.
At that time large percentage of local and visitors wear only bodypaint.  
Sometimes must look twice to see clothes are only paint.

Actually we bodypaint when we make a new skin for our Hal-gal.
But unlike Claude above we try to make it look more like clothes than bodypaint.  
For ideas for Hal-gal skins there's number of bodypaint sites on internet.

And in response to questions, yes, the Key West 2005 Fantasy Fest (bodypaint festival) has not been held yet. It is October 21st to 30th.
